Wes Weaver took over Hoss Paving in 1991. He is a second-generation paver who learned everything in the paving industry from his father, who also started his own company in the early 70’s. Wes grew up working the summers out in the field and still likes to spend most of his time out with the crews. Hoss Paving is the company that will do the job the right way for the right price. As a member of the Associated General Contractors, our experience and dedication make your satisfaction a priority. One thing he teaches all of his employees is that the customer is always right. We are more than willing to give our advice but giving the customer what he/she wants is job number one.
