As with residential work we have years of experience working with businesses to help install new asphalt parking lots and roadways in addition to repairing damage that has occurred to your asphalt over the many years of use. Being a midsized company we are able to be flexible with our scheduling to help minimize the impact to your business’ operations, but try as we might we still need room and access to get the job done. To help with repairs we can suggest alternative options for large projects to help keep costs down and recycle existing material rather than the costly replacement of the base.

ASPHALT GRINDING / COLD PLANING / ROTOMILLING

The rotomills have generated another way for us to grow into an area that I am excited about, recycling. The mills grind up existing asphalt at various depths and instead of just dumping it in landfills, we process the old asphalt and use it as base rock material. The adjustable depth allows us to grind to specific profiles for a smoother transition of new paving. This allows us to help keep costs down for our customers and help the environment.

FLAGGING TRAFFIC / CONTROL SERVICES

Hoss Paving’s newest endeavor is to help other construction and service companies with their traffic control. Traffic control is an important component of safety when working along or in the roadway. LANDSCAPE SUPPLIES – NORTH PLAINS, OREGON

We have set up our yard to sell landscape supplies. We use our dump trucks to bring the material to our yard and then we will reload the material for homeowners and landscapers. We will also deliver upon request. The landscape division allows us to get to know a lot of our neighbors in town and makes us feel more like we are a part of the community.  Note:  At this time Landscape supply deliveries are limited to the North Plains area.
